Throughout her businesses, Jackie handles operations, staging, designing, and overall property management on multiple rental properties. Her mission through SWHPG is to provide members with an environment different from other groups in the industry: a positive space and a platform for people who believe there is always room to grow.

Ivan has been a real estate owner for 15 years and in the roofing industry for 17 years. He is a constant motivator and believes that by surrounding oneself with knowledgeable, like-minded individuals, anybody can grow. Through the SWHPG, he strives to support people and encourages everybody to help each other by sharing tips and even secrets.

At Hub International, Andy has the markets and products that provide the coverage small and medium-sized multi-family owners need to protect themselves and their assets. As part of the SWHPG, his goal is to create a group where small & medium-sized multi-family owners can go for education and connection with other owners.

Juan is passionate about real estate and has been a housing provider since 2018. He’s a multifaceted investor who has experience in rehabs, acquisitions, negotiations and many aspects of REI. His goal for the SWHPG is to bring value and share his knowledge with others looking to embark in the real estate journey.
